£30,000-£45,000 +Car Allowance +Manager Allowance +Bonus based on the Branch performance

We're recruiting for....

They need.....

......an experienced Branch Manager to work in their Liverpool office. Need to have knowledge of the Liverpool market within recruitment consultancy environment. Have the ability to motivate and manage a team to meet set KPI’s and budgets.

Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will have full responsibility for the day to day running of the branch which will include;

· Managing 8-12 consultants who recruit for either permanent or temporary placements.

· Deliver monthly/annual budget (both temp and perm)

· Work within a KPI structured environment

· Develop and provide support to the consultants

· Monthly Branch meetings

· One to one reviews
