The Right Person
They’re looking for a successful recruitment consultant with either temp or perm recruitment experience. Ideally you'll be of graduate calibre and will have experience of recruiting in the accountancy & finance sector, or similar professional recruitment sector; you'll have a stable work history, have high energy levels, the ability to multi-task, and most importantly will be skilled in successfully identifying new business opportunities and developing a profitable desk. You'll enjoy meeting all your clients and candidates face to face and will have the ability to gain loyalty from both, developing long-term relationships. As this is a busy office, you'll need to be highly organised, with the ability to juggle numerous tasks at once, providing a quality service - seeking out the best talent for your clients, and finding the best jobs for your candidates. Our client is interested in passionate, committed individuals with a real desire to build a career in one of the most dynamic industries in the worldwide economy.

The Role
You’ll need to be results orientated, self motivated, forward thinking, hard working, obsessed with delivering service far beyond the scope of your competitors! You will have access to the most prestigious clients and meet and consult with key decision makers in leading companies.
