The job and you
Comprehensive ongoing training will be provided to candidates possessing a real ‘can do’ attitude and a desire to succeed.
You must be extremely competent in all aspects of the recruitment process and experience of running either a perm or temp desk will be considered.
You will need to take real pride in the delivery of a professional service and the talent and motivation to win new business. This role is particularly suited to a candidate who wants to make their own name synonymous with the success of the client in this market.
You will be encouraged to offer clients a full range of recruitment solutions including both contingency and retained, whilst developing strong business partnering relationships. You will enjoy working in a professional yet relaxed office with a strong team focus.
