£28,000-£35,000 +commission

Independent recruitment agency who are looking to expand their current team. With a well established brand they are a well know name in their market and have built strong client relationships.  There focus is on providing exceptional customer service to their clients and candidates whilst continuing to support their own employees.
Candidate
Will take responsibility for a successful commercial and permanent division reporting to the Operations Director. The successful candidate will have;
·          Ability to lead and influence an established team
·          Highest level of customer service delivery
·          Excellent communication skills
·          Commercial Awareness
·          Devise and implement strategies to build on existing client relationships
·          Ability to identify all potential business development opportunities
