Working within a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for managing your own desk with emphasis on developing strong business relationships, both with existing and prospective clients. You will be responsible for assignments from inception through to completion. From meeting with the clients, account management, candidate sourcing and selection, tendering for business, career advice, to salary/contract negotiations. Ultimately you are responsible for the success of the business and your own achievements. In order for you to excel within your career, they provide extensive REC accredited training covering basic skills to advanced consulting and management.
