Senior Recruitment Consultant

Excellent basic (depending on experience) 
with OTE of £40k first year + Benefits + Annual Bonus

You're a recruitment consultant with at least a year's experience in the commercial sector. You enjoy sales and winning new business and then selecting and matching to fill those new vacancies!

You have ideally dealt with permanent workers but any experience will be considered.

Despite their size, this agency very much values the individual. You are given full autonomy to make your own desk a success and will be paid well using an excellent commission structure.
