The Role:

This is a highly motivated team that consistently hits and exceeds targets. They have longstanding client relationships in the Engineering sector and the team is in need of a Team Leader to provide additional support and to drive them forward.
The Person:

You will have a proven track record in Technical recruitment, ideally in the Engineering market sector together with managerial skills and the ability to guide, manage and enthuse others to ensure the teams’ continued success.
You will be a Manager, Team Leader or Senior Consultant seeking to cultivate your recruitment career and contribute to future successes.
