Our client is a leading recruitment agency that specialise in a number of sectors, Education being one of them. They have created a strong name in the market offering cost effective solutions to schools and colleges.
They are looking for a recruitment manager ideally with education experience to lead an existing team of consultants. You will need to demonstrate evidence of developing a team, increasing revenue and meeting service level agreements.
Responsibilities will include
• Maximising Branch gross margin and operating profit through management of all business and sales activity
• Manage the attraction, recruitment and retention of suitable candidates to meet client’s needs, whilst working to strict compliance.
• Ensure client requirements are met by offering reliable and responsive service
• Resourcing, managing, developing and motivating a stable and successful team
• Set targets for consultants and ensure that they are meeting individual and team objectives
• Manage the development of business through business planning, performance management and financial control.
