£25,000 - £35,000 basic uncapped OTE £60,000-£100,000++ & benefits

A really exciting opportunity to join a leading independent recruitment company based in Warrington. They are specialist search consultantcy specialising in the engineering and technical market. With over 30 experienced consultants this company is a real meritocracy; rewarding hard work and entrepreneurial spirit. Full training will be given, if needed, as my client just wants the right person for the job.
About you

The successful candidate will;
* Be driven to achieve - the role requires someone who is hungry to develop business and take market share from the competition.
* Have a commercial and creative approach to achieve this.
* Have a minimum of one year’s recruitment experience, ideally within engineering although other areas will be considered.
You will combine your recruitment knowledge and executive search skills plus proven headhunting and selection methodologies, together with industry sector knowledge & functional experience to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions to a wide range of clients.
