Internal Recruitment and Training Manager

£30,000-£35,000 doe +benefits

Role
You will be involved in developing the internal training programme, manuals and policies working alongside their existing external trainer.
Monitor and support all consultants at all levels of experience through individual training programmes.
Be involved in the recruitment process for all new staff

 Responsibilities
·         Training & development of internal staff to enhance business development
·         Induction and ongoing development training for all internal staff.
·         At-the-desk coaching for new salespeople.
·         Critiquing recorded sales calls for new and experienced sales staff.
One to one and group training sessions (if agreed and required)
Sourcing CV’s and checking suitability for 1st stage interviews for graduate, trainee and experienced recruitment consultants
Organising of Internal and External recruitment training for sales staff.
Ongoing training and identifying key skill areas to develop of all teams
