About the company and the job
A leading health and social care recruiter in the UK is urgently looking for an experienced consultant to head up a hot desk that has recently become available. Based in vibrant offices in the city centre, you will be working amongst a team of successful consultants where you will be given further training in all areas of recruitment and business to business sales.
The branch provides both qualified social workers and residential support workers to local authorities, private and voluntary organisations throughout the region. You will have the opportunity to grow the desk by placing and managing qualified social workers and social care professionals and building and maintaining client and candidate relationships.
About you:
The successful consultant will have at least 12 months recruitment experience (any area) along with an excellent track record of billing combined with a great personality. You thrive in a target driven sales environment and are highly career motivated, tenacious and articulate.
