Is a specialist recruitment agency within the manufacturing industry with offices in the North they have built a successful team with a strong belief in client and customer care. They provide bespoke recruitment services to a wide range of clients. With a strong presence in the manufacturing market they have built partnerships with some major clients in the market. Their approach is to provide the highest quality service building lasting relationships with clients. Over 70% of the work that comes into this office is exclusive/retained business.

The Role

A candidate facing role in the main with a particular focus on Candidate Led marketing and assignment process management. Working hand in hand with Operations Director and Managing Consultant through every Retained/Exclusive assignment. Speculating on the contingency market at every given opportunity through proven marketing techniques.

Attend meetings with Operations Director and take full brief of role.
Ensure weekly reports are forwarded to client.
Marketing calls to prospective clients.
Keeping client and internal management updated of assignment activity.

Candidate searching using internal database and various online CV databases
Candidate generation and regeneration.
Telephone qualifying candidates
Interviewing candidates on a face to face basis.
Profiling candidates for shortlist and for pro-active marketing purposes.
Taking strong candidates to market through intelligent marketing calls and mailshots/eshots
Prepping candidates for interviews.
Verbally Referencing candidates
Managing offer process through negotiation, resignation and to start date

Preparing person specifications and advertisements.

Developing market knowledge and OA Gathering.
Attending networking events to develop business and market EMS Sigma.

Package

· Competitive basic salary depending on experience

· High Individual Commission – a lot of their consultants earn £40,000-£50,000 OTE 1^st year
