The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to take over the running of the Altrincham office in a billing manager role. Main responsibilities include;
To manage to day to day operations of this supply chain and procurement recruitment specialist
Take a lead role in developing new business and coaching and motivating your team in the best approach to sales and new business development
Managing the performance of your team on a daily basis including one to one meetings, development etc
Taking full responsibility for your own recruitment desk as a 360 degree Billing Manager
Driving the business forward to maintain year on year growth
Growth of the team through sourcing and attracting new talent in line with head count
Reporting in to a regional manager on a weekly basis
The successful candidate will be an experienced Branch Manager with ideally with Supply Chain experience although other sectors will be considered.
