......an experienced Branch Manager to work in their Sheffield office. Need to have knowledge of the Sheffield market within recruitment consultancy environment. Have the ability to motivate and manage a team to meet set KPI’s and budgets.

Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will have full responsibility for the day to day running of the branch which will include;
-
Managing 8-12 consultants who recruit for either permanent or temporary placements.

Deliver monthly/annual budget (both temp and perm)

Work within a KPI structured environment

Develop and provide support to the consultants

Monthly Branch meetings

One to one reviews
