The Company:

This independent recruitment agency has over five years in Industrial, Commercial, Engineering and Construction. Due to their success they are looking to expand into IT recruitment.

The Role:

With support from a Director, you will generate new business, resource & manage the accounts you establish.

Once successful, the right person will be given the opportunity to head the division, helping to recruit and mould new consultants.

You will handle both permanent and contract recruitment, across a number of technologies (although they anticipate candidates having a stronger background in a particular area).

The Candidate:

You will ideally be from an IT Recruitment background. You may have worked specifically with Contract or Permanent Recruitment or with a specific skill set. Your particular background may even influence the type of business the division targets initially.

You should be driven, self-motivated and articulate, with a consultative approach.
