Is a specialist legal recruitment agency specialising in providing paralegals to partner level. This company is currently expanding and are looking for an experienced Legal recruiter to join them. The Role
You will be responsible for building on the existing business, maintaining the excellent relationships that have already been established, whilst building and developing new ones. You will be responsible for the whole recruitment process from initial screening to final placement. Experience in Headhunting and Search and Selection would be advantageous, as you use these methods to build on your success.

About you
- Previous Legal recruitment experience is essential minimum of twelve months managing either a temporary or permanent desk.
- Strong business development skills
- Enjoy building relationships with new and existing candidates and clients
