 A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a very experienced Account Manager to join a top recruitment companies to manage some of their biggest clients.
They have been established for over 10 years and through working closely with their clients and really understanding their clients needs they forge long term working relationships with both clients and candidates.

About the job

*You will be responsible for building on the already strong client relationships, sourcing candidates for varying level and sector roles and managing candidates and clients needs on a daily basis

*You will develop an understanding of their client's requirements, then identify potential staff through existing contacts or by advertising roles/headhunting.

*You will assess candidates' skills through interviews, tests and background checks, and then make recommendations to your client.

*Consultants provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.

*Developing solid relationships with clients is integral to the role.
 * you will work to strict KPI’s and consistently achieve

 

About you
 You have proven experience in the specialist field of account management, with any sector considered. You have dealt with top level management from blue chip companies across the UK and are happy to promise a service you know you will deliver.
